A unique venue, Culture is located in the upper level of a traditional Thai style building. This was once the home to a very hip and happening theatre circa 1970’s.Now the site plays host to the hordes of reveling Bangkok party heads.

Culture is a re-incarnation of Club Astra, the original big room dance club of the millennium in Bangkok, which was situated where 808 currently stands. The Astra team relocated over to the Culture site in late 2006 and still manages to pack in the crowds on a weekly basis, serving a fine blend of locally bred talent and a varied selection of the best international DJ’s from around the globe. Hats off to the Culture team for keeping the vibe alive!

Past acts include: Scratch Perverts, John Digweed, Phil Hartnoll (Orbital) and Ron Caroll to name just a few who have left huge smiles on the faces of Thousands over their first year, and have no signs of slowing down the pace in the 2nd.
