DJ SOUNDSTYLIST started mixing and scratching when she was just 18 years old, over a 3-year period she proved herself to be a very confident and proficient Hip Hop DJ, but at just 21 she unfortunately broke her fingers in an accident.
After this disaster when Soundstylist thought her career in music was finished she came back to the decks after 6 months and was immediately offered slots at various corporate venues which expanded her musical taste and style that now encapsulates lounge, house music to her first love Hip Hop & R'n'B.
Over the last 3-years Soundstylist’s appearances have been at the more top end establishments including Sofitel Silom[V9], Millennium Hilton(360 Roof Top), Le Meridian(Bamboo Chic), Six Sense Hua-Hin[The Bar] currently at Royal Orchid Sheraton [Sambal], Intercontinental
[Balcony Lounge] and finally the fabulous MODE parties held at NEST.
Recently entering the Pioneer Lady DJ Championships she played a mash up of styles including Electro house,Tech House, R'n'B/ Hip Hop Scratching and Break beat earning her an ovation by all the judges but narrowing missing winning the coveted title, in her own words she says ‘It was so good to perform in this competition, but winning wasn’t so important it was just so good to compete and have fun’
