Red-i is a dj/producer in Manila. His main influences are dub, reggae, beats, bass and hip hop. He is one of the co-founders of Dubplate Manila and B-Side which always pushes the boundaries of music and features obscure sounds. He has released numerous beat tapes (all original) and mixes. This year he will be dropping his first album Jahdgement Day which is inspired by elecrtronica, dub, bass and experimental sounds. Although his previous works are sample based dusty grooves, this album focuses more on space analog synth based and drum programs. He has played alongside Kode9, Daedelus, Free the Robots, Diplo, The Gaslamp Killer, Samiyam, Tokimonsta, Nobody, D-Styles, Doshy, The Bug, Dizz1, Addison Groove, RSD, The Vibronics, Brother Culture, Daddy Freddy, Echo Ranks,Dj Primer, Nas, QBert, Shortkut. He has also won mutiple awards for Djing including placing in the DMC.
