Having discovered dance music in the 80's, it was the sounds of Chicago House and cut & paste Breakbeat that served as his main inspirationsSince embracing DJing as a job in the mid 90's, he's created a sound that's continually crossed boundaries between House and Breakbeat. Whatever style it may be, Stewart programs his sets with an understanding and diversity that allow them to shine with infectious character. From his humble beginnings in Los Angeles, his talent and skill has leaded him to play at undergrounds, fashion shows, clubs and lounges. And afforded him opportunities to play alongside a wide range of DJs, from Keiron Bailey (Aquasky) to Timo Maas.
As his enthusiasm carries him to the studio and into the clubs, Stewarts aim is to share the same joy he receives from the music to as wide an audience as possible. |
