BASH represents the future of late nightclub entertainment in Bangkok and aims to lead the trends and set the NEW standard for a true international “clubbing culture” that incorporates the latest in club style, weekly over the top themed parties and events, International superstar DJ’s, and a wide variety of high-energy music styles all set in a spectacular environment over multiple floors.

The striking all new BASH nightclub is a bold, ULTRA-FUNKY venue featuring a glass / steel retro NYC elevator to take you up to the VIP seating on each floor, for “AFTERHOURS” bottle service. A balcony-style (V.I.P. mezzanine) 2nd floor overlooks the dance floor and DJ booth below. Mirrors and futuristic chandeliers highlight the dimly-lit hallways, connecting the table areas and booth seating made of studded silver and gold leathers. Facilities will include 5 full bars, 2 dance floor areas, and 2 LED DJ booths that will control high-tech sound and lighting systems. Floors 1 and 2 (V.I.P. Mezzanine) will BASH out house beats and floor 3 will mash-up Hip-Hop and R&B. Grand entrance to BASH is located street level next to The Australian Pub & BBQ.

BASH is positioned to prove to be the new late nightclub venue of choice, for the city’s nocturnal butterflies, and who’s who’ of Bangkok and the region.

OPENING JUNE 2012

December saw the ‘re-launch’ of Bangkok’s original Sukhumvit nightclub, after a whopping 11 years on the scene, the doors were closed back in November 2011 and a full month of remodeling was underway.

The grand re-opening was held just before their 12 anniversary. Many Bangkok revelers attended the event, and DJ Jazzy Jeff was flown in especially to make sure the night was a huge success. Which by all accounts, it was.

Q Bar not sports a squared out downstairs club area, a massive improvement to its original ‘L’ shaped design. The dark underground styled decor has now been replaced with a sharp vibrant feel. A dazzling bar now stretches along one side wall, the DJ booth now sits further into the club and has a centralized location, allowing party goers to walk completely around the booth. Where the original booth once stood, an alcove seating arrangement has been installed, giving a private little nook in which to talk, away from the main throng of the dance floor area.

Upstairs has a whole different feel. Less of a club vibe, more of a chillax & chat with friends kind of feel. The downstairs patio area outside has also undergone a massive transformation, what was a very cold and austere look, now has a life of its own. Using many animal print designs, the entrance has completely transformed for the brand new Q Bar 2.0. Let the good times roll.
